Overview:
At Upward Careers, we provide a unique opportunity for team members to 'earn now and prepare for tomorrow' by working part-time to set up & conduct marketing presentations for prospective customers. Through this role, individuals can generate income immediately while also gaining valuable skills and experience that contribute to their long-term growth.
In order to make the job easier and give them room to improve, Team members start off conducting appointments with people they know before transitioning to referrals or people they don't know. They never go knocking on doors or randomly spamming people online. By setting & conducting appointment presentations, team members develop communication, organizational, and time management abilities, which are crucial for their future professional journey.
Responsibilities:

Speaking one-on-one with customers

Conducting short presentations (we teach this in training)
